Ministry of Transport: New container terminals should be equipped with dangerous goods containers

The Ministry of Transport recently published an announcement on its official website about the "Design Specification for Port Container Yards for Dangerous Goods"
The announcement said the code for the Design of Container Yards for Dangerous Goods at ports is a mandatory industry standard for construction of water transport projects. The standard code, JTS 176-2020, will come into force on December 1, 2020, and will be managed and interpreted by the Water Transport Bureau of the Ministry of Transport.After the implementation of the Code, the newly built container terminals should, in principle, be equipped with container yards for dangerous goods.
